Same issue with my Dell and “subscription” for McAfee that wasn’t requested. I sat o.

Their customer service line for 25 min!

I took a picture of this to prove what *** customer service they have. Then, I received an automated mail response from them saying absolutely NOTHING to help the situation.

Billing practices

Have been using McAfee for any years but have in recent years issues with pricing/billing. Examples: Exercised option for reduced pricing with McAfee rep over the phone but was billed full maximum charge. Specifically renewed each year actively performing renewal steps. This year (2021) was notified that cc was needed for auto-renewal - several months before renewal date. Initiating

Graag ontvang ik van u een verklaring, *** dat kan gebeuren en of er inderdaad sprake is van een virusdreiging, temeer omdat er van een bepaald virus wordt gesproken, dat op mijn computer zou zijn gedetecteerd. COnstant seemingly never ending attempts to sign me to their plans,

I have attempted on many occasions to ask McAffee to remove me or unsubscribe me from their marketing emails to no avail. I tried to send them an email directly and that hasn't worked.

User's recommendation: Be cautious of signing up for their plans. If you decide to drop them, they send email request constantly!

find out why you are stopping my emails

4 hour wait time for customer service last time I called

Mcafee didn't stop a download of a virus that came in through the backdoor of a Office 365 download on my new computer. It took more than 4 hours to speak with someone

I recently received the following message from someone claiming to be from McAfee. Sent: Wednesday, October 20, 2021 8:43 AM To: sgarrison@***.net Subject: Thank you for your order! Your monthly account statements Amount: $169.99 USD Sent on: 20 Oct 2021 Your Sincerely, McAfee LLC 1-83*-961-**** I do not recall ordering anything from McAfee recently and nothing in the amount of $169.99. It's incredible how prices are rising and they don't announce anything in advance about these price increases instead they encourage you to activate your auto renewal. After seeing the large amount they charged me with, I would like a full refund. The old subscription expires only in November. Total disappointment.

Notifications for Resubscribe McAfee

My subscription to McAfee is NOT due until December 2022, however, numerous re-subscribe McAfee notifications pop up continuously for 2 weeks. I called McAfee customer services to assure my subscription has NOT expired as the notifications indicated.

Refund in Lithuania

Hello, I can't get my refund through your customer service page, I tried calling given number few times, but was unable to contact no-one, can i get refund through e-mail? It was unexpected auto-renewal, I used your product, and was satisfied, now i want to choose lower cost antivirus. Thank you.
