Today (07/07/18) i purchased Mcaffee protection for one device, for one year, and received a receipt for $63.24 by email. However, Mcaffee overcharged me as my bank account shows that $95.62 has been withdrawn by them.

I tried clicking the support links in the email but neither worked. I then tried their customer support for my country (NZ) but that also didn't work. I have tried every method of contacting them that has I could find but none worked. DO NOT USE McAFFE, based on my experience I assume this to be a deliberate tactic to avoid having to provide people with refunds after overcharging them.

Be aware of this possibility. I would advise people looking for virus protection to be very cautions regarding Mcaffee and its products.
