Charged for app/program I couldn't download

I bought the VNP portion of their app and could not get it installed. I had to call customer service and speak to a very rude tech. I explained that I tried eight times to install it with no luck, yet they charged my account anyway. Their website is way too sales-oriented, most responses are sales pitches. The status of your account is difficult to understand. When my service contract is up, I won't go back. The whole operation is a joke.

a full accounting of my account. I think I bought the VNP product twice but have no idea because they don't offer an accounting status online; how much you paid for what and when.

You cheated me

My wife bought and paid for 59.00 for your service. When I went to download it, it would only go to 85 percent then quit. Since then, someone tried to steal monies from our savings and you told me that I have thirteen viruses.why didnt you fix the problem?

Billing practices

Have been using McAfee for any years but have in recent years issues with pricing/billing. Examples: Exercised option for reduced pricing with McAfee rep over the phone but was billed full maximum charge. Specifically renewed each year actively performing renewal steps. This year (2021) was notified that cc was needed for auto-renewal - several months before renewal date. Initiating

Op 25 september en 11 oktober 2021 maakte ik Euro 19,95 aan u over voor een jaarabonnement anti-virus. Sindsdien ontvang ik iedere keer op mijn scherm een melding dat mijn abonnement is verlopen en mijn computer wordt bedreigd. Graag ontvang ik van u een verklaring, *** dat kan gebeuren en of er inderdaad sprake is van een virusdreiging, temeer omdat er van een bepaald virus wordt gesproken, dat op mijn computer zou zijn gedetecteerd.
