1month trial cancelled but still charged

I took a 1 month trial for McAfee and cancelled 5 days before ending date. Received confirmation emailed advised that it was cancelled. Today the automated 1 year subscription was still charged through my bank account. I am so annoyed as I do not have the funds available which will caused a bank charge. I contacted McAfee today stating they can see the email but not the charge, that was taken I must call back in 48 hours. I am appalled with the service given. I am calling trading standards today to investigate.

This new PC comes with McAfee preInstalled. I want to remove it and it tells me I have to activate my subscription first. I buy a 1 device 1 years subscription and the screen trail keeps telling me I can install on other devices as part of my subscription I have times out (need to eat) but will be back to try and Uninstallthe stuff I never wanted, so I can share a multiDevice Licence I already have

Got cussed out by a mcafee rep

I have used mcafee before worked great till now called their tech support twice and then the second time I got cussed out by a tech support rep. bad bad service never again using this service company that just wants your money (I never cussed or used profanity)

Issues with activation

I just purchase the mcafee software through online mode but by mistake the email ID we put has spelling mistake so didn't receive the activation key , kindly help. Way too difficult to deal with Macafee so I decided to go without the protection that a full installation - which I have paid for - would offer. I hope that windows10 security is adequate given a low internet utilization and the problems associated with dealing with a recalcitrant Macafee.

Being charged and not a customer

This service came with my new computer, so I used it for it's free service term. I have used Norton for over 20 years. When the term ended, I returned to Norton. McAfee just charged my checking account for 139.99 and I have not been a customer for over 10 months. I received no notification for this charge, thus it caused a bank fee on my working account. How can a legitimate company charge without notification and I had canceled the service???

Everytime I try to sign in to my mcafee account they tell me that my password is invalid. I have to change my password every single time......... It won't let me remove phones from my account. It doesn't recognize that I am a full paid customer and will not allow my new phones to be put on my account. They are absolutely terrible.

McAfee Firewall version not keeping up with MAC IOS Big Sur Release

Updated my MAC to IOS Big Sur and then found out the McAfee Firewall Software will not work. After many hours and subsequent days, they still do not have a fix for a service I am paying for. They say they are working on a fix but are SLOW to have a fix. Very disappointing they did not work with Apple on a major system upgrade. They knew it was coming.

When on a budget or retired withdrawing funds before they are due is dishonest and lack of integrity. It this day and time funds are deposited the same day or next business day, Due to the new banking regulations. Does McAfee understand CVID-19 and the stress on families and their funds. For going on Two years. This app McAfee security has been on my phone. In info has been coming up missing. I need all my photos back, and downloads. I need them as evidence in a Discrimination hearing. I never agreed to have McAfee security. I have notice for awhile my phone has been hacked . I notified the Cyber FBI. My name is Terry Doss. It does not remove files. It keeps files from getting onto you computer.

You are a paranoid nut job.

You downloaded something and it was present to you agreed to have it on your phone. No security application is 100% it is just the way it is.
